Joe has pursued his passion for strategic positioning and brand building for Pepsi, Nike, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Fox, McDonalds, American Express, MasterCard, Porsche, Virgin Megastores and ABC Networks to name a few. He has run M&A for IPG, re-engineered brand planning at Grey, led the creative vision for DraftFCB Worldwide and more. But he is most passionate about the dynamic, creatively-fueled innovative spirit that defines milk*. He collects guitars, cars and sneakers. Loves opera, local baseball games and diners. And all documentaries.

Deb began client side at Subway increasing sales and leading new product initiatives before transitioning agency side. In that realm, she launched national consumer promotions and retail promotions for clients Duracell, Gillette, Schick, Nabisco, Pfizer, Fuji, Beech-Nut and Duraflame. Deb has been at milk* for over 15 years and deftly balances client needs with consumer wants. She leads agency operations and still is actively involved in the management of all milk* clients and staff. She smiles in the face of adversity and finds opportunity in every challenge. Expert juggler. Team leader.

Lauren is a hands-on leader with 20+ years of broad-reaching experience in leading creative teams to conceptualize and realize fully-integrated campaigns with stopping power. Her varied past includes marketing challenges across a variety of channels and sectors. She created well-known campaigns for global brands such as: Exxon Mobil, Georgia-Pacific, Hasbro, Johnson & Johnson, Hershey’s, Mead Five Star, ING, The American Stock Exchange, The Bank of New York and Unilever. She is a strategic thinker, knows how to speak to consumers in an ever-evolving world of technology, and most importantly, inspires creative talent to reach their fullest potential.

Kelly sets the vision for the agency in addition to serving as the brand steward for clients, ensuring their essence is reflected in all initiatives. At Saatchi & Saatchi she helped grow Olay from 2 to 3 billion in three years with award-winning work. She is a published poet, commissioned screenwriter, award-winning lyricist, producer of two albums, author of three books and founder of the ETC salon series. She holds a Master’s Degree in Poetry and Creative Nonfiction. She’s certified in mindful awareness and loves running, interior design and bouillabaisse.
