Darien Rowayton Bank is truly a hometown bank. It has two central locations, one in Darien, and one in Rowayton. What it didn’t have was a solid history of communicating how the bank was also central to the lives of its customers. Using print, train station posters, a re-designed website and more, we gave the bank a unique voice in the area. As an unexpected bonus, our work perfectly positioned the bank as a safe haven for customers during the financial crisis.
