Joe has pursued his passion for strategic positioning and brand building for Pepsi, Nike, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Fox, McDonalds, American Express, MasterCard, Porsche, Virgin Megastores and ABC Networks to name a few. He has run M&A for IPG, re-engineered brand planning at Grey, led the creative vision for DraftFCB Worldwide and more. But he is most passionate about the dynamic, creatively-fueled innovative spirit that defines milk*. He collects guitars, cars and sneakers. Loves opera, local baseball games and diners. And all documentaries.

Debbie began client side at Subway increasing sales and leading new product initiatives before transitioning agency side. In that realm, she launched national consumer promotions and events for clients Duracell, Gillette, Schick, Nabisco, Pfizer, Fuji, Beech-Nut and Duraflame. She came up on both sides of the business working with Horizon Consulting Group, Millennium Marketing and Strategic Direct. Deb deftly balances client needs with consumer wants. She smiles in the face of adversity and finds opportunity in every challenge. Expert juggler. Team leader.

Ryan has built ground-breaking emotional and tactical campaigns for Heineken, Ketel One, Don Julio, Nestle Waters, Smirnoff, Advil, and Bulleit Bourbon. He transforms strategic brand vision into memorable, cross-platform brilliance, integrating creative content with innovative delivery. Teams love his inspirational, roll-your-sleeves-up, get it done style. He’s not afraid of working within tight boxes or deadlines. His motto: "Think bigger and bolder. Never settle." Ryan loves snowboarding, wood-working and unusual beers and whiskeys.

TJ lives and breathes media. His obsession garnered significant ROI for clients Audi, VW, Porsche, the Hartford and BIC. He created a NASCAR program for North American Power that made them first in market and earned a Forbes 100 Company award. His integrated social media campaign for DC think tank BPC generated high engagement and transformed public opinion. A fierce advocate for creative integration and big-picture thinking, TJ is passionate about maximizing the user experience. And bourbon bacon-wrapped figs.

Kelly sets the vision for the agency in addition to serving as the brand steward for clients, ensuring their essence is reflected in all initiatives. At Saatchi & Saatchi she helped grow Olay from 2 to 3 billion in three years with award-winning work. She is a published poet, commissioned screenwriter, award-winning lyricist, producer of two albums, author of three books and founder of the ETC salon series. She holds a Master’s Degree in Poetry and Creative Nonfiction. She’s certified in mindful awareness and loves running, interior design and bouillabaisse.
