Breath Palette, a company from Japan, has recently started importing its 32 flavors of toothpaste. Far beyond mint and cinnamon, these flavors range from Green Tea to Espresso to Cola to Pumpkin. I can personally vouch for the Plum and Lemon Tea flavors, they are DELICIOUS. Neither too sweet, nor too flavorful, they strike a unique balance between refreshing (what I normally feel brushing my teeth), and pleasurable (like a nice clear 70 degree day). Pick up the travel-sized tubes at your local drugstore.
