Everyday we come to milk*, eager to find brilliant new ways to get the best of “Goliaths” rivals and deliver success to our “David” clients. We were excited to see what Malcolm Gladwell had to say in his latest book: David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants. It’s not tech, money, or superior brainpower. The one quality successful disrupters all have in common? Being disagreeable.
