1. Challenge yourself. 2. Set a goal that seems infinitely high. 3. Work every.single.day towards that goal; don’t give up. 4. Reach your goal. It might take longer than you expected and it might be harder than you expected, but reach it. 5. Set another goal, higher than the last. 6. Lather, rinse, repeat. Inner bliss comes from within our own perseverance and our willfulness to believe in ourselves. Our bodies and minds can achieve more than we think they can.
