Robot crawls through veins

small robotIsraeli scientists have successfully developed a medical robot that measures a mere 1mm in diameter, crawling through our veins and arteries – an ability that could come in handy, especially in the fight against cancer. There is no word on when this robot will be given the license to roam human beings, but I suppose the time will come soon within the next decade. Needless to say, plenty of tests need to be done beforehand.
