This apartment was brilliantly designed by, Specht Harpman into a space with a tiny footprint – only 425 square feet that extended vertically for about 25 feet. They took a tiny, awkward space and transformed it into a brilliant, clean, open, and functional apartment that would be a brilliant living space for a single professional or young couple.
