Architects in London will develop the world’s first ‘zero-carbon’ five-star resort. They guarantee that it will have no harmful impact on the environment. Its 35 villas will be fully independent, using only energy from the sun and wind. The resort will open sometime next year. The only drawback is its location, which is thousands of miles away in Nungwi, Zanzibar.
