It’s a good day to be a dog person. A café has recently opened in Los Angeles that’s all about dogs. It’s the first and only café where you can grab a cup and adopt a dog at the same time. Now there’s finally something to compete with those creepy cat cafés that have been popping up all over the place (WARNING: this writer is not a cat fan, if that wasn’t obvious). I mean really, who wants a pet that would eat you if you died. But I digress. This dog café has raised over $200,000 to buy and remodel the adjoining building next door to make room for the “dog zone” – additional seating and room to play with the dogs while sipping on your coffee. Now if only they would bring one of these to the east coast so we could have the same fun they’re having over there. Yup, we’re jealous.
