It’s easy to disappear into the world of technology. We all do it – at the store waiting in line, at red lights, and during our lunch breaks. Why not use our time to put the SMART back into Smartphone? The folks over at CNN came up with a top 10 list of Apps that will allow you to work on your brainpower and psychological wellbeing. By using the apps on their list you can work on your memory functions, brain functions, and processing speed. Some apps will also be able to help you work on managing your stress level and psychological health. While the apps cannot make you smarter, they can help you manage tasks and have more control over your emotional state.
